It is a common and normal phenomenon that many customers will encounter punch and die breaking and rupture. Punch breaking is not only because of its poor and rough workmanship but also largely due to improper operation and inaccurate solution. Punch and die breaking easily occurs in upper punch and lower punch. As we all know, punch and die tooling has always been playing a significant part in machine. Each part of punch broke or ruptured will undoubtedly influence the quality of pills as well as damage machine. Regularly and frequently checking punch and die set becomes obviously necessary.
Upper punch breaking will influence feeder’s normal operation, while lower punch will be relevant to lower slide way. Meanwhile, installing a breaking protection device is possible to prevent from a greater loss in case of breaking and rupture of punch and die. When the punch tooling appears any breaking or rupture, immediately stop machine and figure out direct factors. Overcome the problems. ● Inaccurate and rough craftsmanship
    For one thing, good machine or tooling should be crafted towards more and more accurate and precise, no matter the coherence among mechanical parts or the precision of mechanical parts itself.
 
1.Punch head is crafted roughly, which will result in large coaxial error.
2.Alignment of upper punch and lower punch is not good. It is also a coaxial error problem.
3.Upper slide way is crafted roughly. A few defects are lurked becoming a hidden danger.

● Improper  operation and solution
For another thing, improper operation will also brings some unimaginable consequences. Respecting punch and die breaking and rupture, sometimes caused by improper solution of unnormal operating condition, sometimes by delayed clearance. Hence, it proves that many factors from every perspective will lead to punch braking. Correct ways to employ and handle are key to keep machine running well.
1.Punching hole is filled with residual powder, and not promptly remove it. In addition, lack of lubricant in punch head makes it worse. When lifting upper punch becomes very difficult, it will easily give rise to breaking and rupture of tooling.
2.Strong pressure. Strong pressure will influence compression bar’s normal operation. When compression bar loses its balance, punch and die tooling will not cooperate well, which will largely damage punch tooling and machinery equipment.
3.Upper punch itself is not in a good heat treatment. The rupture in punch existed before occupying. When it is pressed in an intense pressure, the rupture becomes bigger.
4.Every punch and die tooling should has its lifespan. Long-term use for punch tooling is not suitable. Generally speaking, a good tooling could press out 30 million to 50 million pills. After its service time, it should be demounted and install a new one.

How to Get All-natural Homemade Lipstick?

Compared with conventional lipstick, all-natural homemade lipstick is a personalized safe lipstick that free from harmful chemicals. Making lipstick yourself reduces makeup costs and allows you to create a rainbow of customized colors that hard to find in market. Using natural materials to make a lipstick by yourself is a safe and cost-effective way. Follow my suggestions, you will easily get a distinctive lipstick.
 Prepare base supplies:
1. A set of lipstick mold kit. (3 parts)
2. Base recipe: (just made it by eyeballing the amounts)
     1 spoon organic white beeswax pearl;
     1 spoon shea butter, mango butter or avocado butter, which helps the lipstick roll on smoothly;
     1 spoon oil, such as almond oil, extra virgin olive oil, or jojoba oil. 
    All the ingredients mentioned above working together could create a smooth, clear lipstick that is very moisturizing and protective. Lip balm, lipstick or chap stick can be made in this way which is safe for us on the lips and skin. 
3. Optional pigment to create color lipstick, red, brown or other colors;
4. Tools: 1 measuring spoon, Q-tip, 1 microwave-safe bowl, PVC card, upper mold remover(optional), empty lipstick tube.
 Assemble mold
Before you begin to assemble the lipstick mold, clean mold inside by Q-tip with a little oil, in order to avoid dust or dirty things. Then assemble mold kit(including 3 parts).
 Melt the base ingredients together
Put the lipstick base ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir the ingredients well to make sure they are thoroughly mixed.

 Adjust lipstick color
Choose a lipstick color, and mix with the ingredients. There are many natural substances that can be applied to create a range of red, pink, brown, and orange hues. Here are some options:
1. For a red lipstick, use beet root powder or crushed beet chips;
2. A reddish-brown color, use cinnamon;
3. A deep brown hue could be reached by adding cocoa powder.
 Melt pigment and ingredient in microwave
    Mix the adjusted color with the ingredients. Stir the ingredients well to make sure they are thoroughly incorporated. Then place it in the microwave to heat the mixture for around 30 seconds till they are melted. Control the temperature in a moderate degree, neither too hot nor too cool.

 Pour liquid into mold
Gently pour the mixture liquid into lipstick mold. Wait for about 2-3 hours till it is cooling and becoming solidification.

 Scrape and move out the upper cover
    Scrape off the residual bulge by PVC card. Next is to move off the upper cover. If you are not professional and skillful, maybe you will need the help of upper mold remover.
   


 Fill empty lipstick tube
Upside down the empty lipstick tube, and fill the lipstick into tube. Then you will get a whole all-nature homemade lipstick

Linear guide rail use six don'ts
