1, Geometric precision, including stroke deviation test, jitter check, positional tolerance test. Stroke deviation includes targeted stroke tolerances, effective stroke compensation value, the amount of variation within the effective stroke, stroke deviation within one revolution. Jitter deviation includes thread diameter of the axis radial runout, journal circle runout, shaft shoulder circle runout, mounting end face with nut preload of axis circle runout.

2, Material and heat treatment.

Ball screw structure:
